Georgia: Plan approved for tourist paradise in Tbilisi

The "Spatial and Urban Development Agency" has approved the urban development plan for "Ambassadori Island Batumi," which encompasses a vast area of 84 hectares.
The multifunctional tourist complex will feature 5-star hotels, luxury villas, a private yacht club, heliports, and essential infrastructure.
Crucially, the project is projected to create at least 7,000 jobs, significantly boosting the local economy.
Additionally, 49% of the area is dedicated to public recreational spaces, including a 9-hectare forest park and walking paths, promoting health and well-being.
The British firm Arup designed the plan, while a feasibility study was conducted by Colliers' offices in London and Tbilisi.
Remarkably, the Ambassadori Group has completed 25 hectares of the project four years ahead of schedule, illustrating their commitment to rapid development.
Once finalized, this project is expected to enhance Georgia's socio-economic conditions and attract international tourism.
